Terms and Conditions:
1. A minimum deposit of 50% is required when placing an order. All products are made to order to prevent damages incurring. Balance payment will need to be settled once your order is completed before goods are despatched.
2. All payments need to be cleared by the bank before despatch of goods.
3. Proof of payment needs to be emailed or faxed to us before despatch of goods.
4. All goods need to be inspected upon delivery and any damages or problems need to be reported to us within 24 hours. Any flaw's in the goods must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
5. Sweetie Peyes will remain responsible for all goods until delivered to the customer at the specified address. Any damage incurred after collection of goods is the customers liability.
6. All prices quoted on site are excluding postage or delivery charge.
Return policy
1. Please inspect packaging and make a note any damage on the receiving ticket
before signing for it. If packages were not checked write the
words unchecked next to your name.
2. Please report in writing any damages or shortages within 24 hours of collecting your goods. Please explain the problem or defect and include any photographs if possible so that we can assist you as best we can.
3. Goods are inspected before despatch and, should it be returned,
will be inspected when we receive it. Any goods that are returned must be in the
original condition with packaging and literature intact or in suitable
packaging. Goods can only be returned once you have been issued with your return authorization number.
4. Arrangements for replacements can only be made
once we have inspected the goods. Goods received with shipping damage will be replaced
with the same or similar item at no charge if they were insured.
5. All orders that are custom made especially for you are final
sales. Only returns that will be accepted on custom made orders will be damaged or flawed goods.
